Job Responsibilities
- Participate in operations/departmental planning
- Reconcile daily parts invoices
- Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage
- Reconcile parts/warranty return reports
- Provide on-the-job training for parts department staff
- Compile and analyze monthly management reports
- Maintain tight control over parts inventory
- Ensure the quality of customer service provided by parts department
- Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma and 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
Compensation
Compensation is commission based plus salary with bonus potential. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance options. We are a family-owned store that has been operating for 35 years. If you are organized and have prior experience we would like to talk with you.
