Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages
- Maintain and organize records
- Handle mail and deliveries, prepare outgoing mail
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
- Direct clients to the appropriate area or department
- Address customer inquiries and refer to appropriate staff
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Provide administrative support to staff and departments
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
