Job Description – Sleep and DME Sales Executive
Overview
Hiro Health is seeking a motivated Sleep and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships. A Sleep and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Sales Executive is primarily responsible for the growth and development of our physician clients based on trust, quality patient care and mutual satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, problem solver, and have a customer first attitude. Preferably candidates will have some form of clinical background, knowledge or relate-able experience in the medical field. Sleep and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Sales Executives are expected to be reliable professionals able to achieve balance between a customer service and results-driven goals.
Responsibilities
- Create action-oriented business plans to facilitate growth and development of physician base
- Understand the entire patient sleep study and DME process and track patient progress using a Notice of Service Report
- Develop new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term relationships
- Present and educate physician providers on Sleep Diagnostic and DME services to clientele
- Provide professional after-sales support to maintain a mutual relationship with key office staff and physicians
- Remain in frequent contact with the providers and their staff
- Meet the needs and problem solve any issues that the client and their staff may encounter when referring orders for our products and services
- Respond to challenges and resolve issues in a patient first manner that aligns with our organization core values
- Maintain records of all physicians, office staff and patient communication for sales and services provided and discussed on sales calls
- Plan and manage scheduling of accounts in a timely and organized manner using synchronized calendars
- Learn and understand how to interpret and utilize reports and pivots tables in excel
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or other sales role
- Knowledge of market research and sales strategies
- Willingness to learn about sleep diagnostics, durable medical equipment, oxygen, and ventilator services
- Working knowledge of MS Office products
- Experience with Brightree also preferred
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability
- Organizational skills
- Time Management Skills
- Strong sales and business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate about helping people
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a working vehicle

Pay: $51,839.00 - $55,210.00 per year
