As the demand for reliable telecommunications services continues to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking a Telecommunications Customer Support Trainee. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are looking to gain real-world experience in customer relations, support operations, and telecommunications services.
You will play a key role in providing outstanding service to customers by helping them understand available Verizon telecommunications solutions, assisting with account management, and ensuring a positive and informative experience throughout each interaction. Telecommunications Customer Support Trainee Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and providing product or service recommendations
- Assist with account updates and support requests, ensuring all customer interactions are accurately documented
- Provide accurate information regarding services, features, and current telecommunications promotions
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and building trust during every interaction
- Support retention efforts, offering telecommunications sales solutions and troubleshooting guidance as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, sharing insights that improve communication and customer engagement strategies
Telecommunications Customer Support Trainee Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
