We're looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in the Stone and Quartz Industry to join our team. This regional management position will be assigned to a sales territory and a region and will oversee a 3-4 person sales team.

What You'll Be Doing :
- Utilize influence and negotiation skills to promote our quartz product line within the US VA / MD territory.
- Manage a team of 3-4 outside sales reps who call directly on dealers / distributors.
- Developing and implementing sales initiatives and forecasts
- Traveling; doing ride-a-longs with reps, recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the team, etc.
- Create and achieve sales goals for yourself and your team.
- Evaluate metrics, research area market product data, and determine sales strategies on new and existing product lines.
- Manage the regions' top accounts, maintain and grow sales volume, manage account managers, and determine and support sales activities.
- Collaborate with senior management on sales team goals, results, and company product margin goals.
You’re A Great Fit If You Have :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar preferred; 5 Years of experience in sales or design industry required
Systems : Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce.
Travel Requirements : Travel to customers, trade shows, and associations. Ability to travel 80-90% in assigned territory.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds to deliver marketing samples and trade show materials.
