- Negotiate to achieve favorable outcomes for claims.
- Supplement claims with additional documentation as needed to support the claims review process.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience handling challenging claims with professionalism.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate.
