As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in generating business opportunities and fostering strong relationships within our service areas.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Utilize door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients in need of our exterior services.
- Effectively schedule complimentary inspections and consultations based on your experience.
- Conduct proactive outreach through networking and referrals to create business opportunities.
Consultative Selling:
- Assess the unique needs of each client to recommend customized solutions.
- Highlight the benefits of exterior upgrades, including financing options and long-term savings.
Project Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth process from initial engagement to project completion.
- Collaborate with the Production Team to deliver excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.
Community Engagement & Networking:
- Actively participate in local events to promote His and Hers Construction and strengthen community connections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners.
Tracking & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of door-to-door activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Monitor your performance and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales position.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
- Willingness to travel locally for canvassing and appointments.
