Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic recruiter to join our growing team at His and Hers Roofing, a leading roofing company. This position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various positions across our operations in St. Louis, MO, and Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record in filling diverse roles, particularly in the construction or roofing industry. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide exceptional support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for a wide range of positions, including field staff, project managers, sales teams, and administrative roles.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure they remain engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure that new hires are properly integrated into the company and have a positive initial experience.
- Responsible for hiring 40 candidates per month
- BONUSING OPPORTUNITITIES - 24 HIRES SHOWED = $900 BONUS (Other bonuses available)
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within the construction, roofing, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, really, and other job boards.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
