Duties:
- Perform data entry, clerical duties, and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.

- Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
