Job Title : Production Coordinator
Department : Operations
Reports to : Operations Manager
Location : Onsite, Hillsboro
Job Summary :
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials between departments according to production schedule. Collaborate with production staff to collect all relevant information needed to update production dashboards. Daily duties include reviewing and distributing production and work schedules to work center leads, conferring with other departments to determine progress of work and identify production problems.
Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple departments and product lines
- Monitor jobs to ensure completion aligns with the production schedule
- Address and resolve issues when they arise to keep delays at a minimum
- Update dashboards to ensure the most current and accurate information for consumers
- Generate and keep production paperwork and dashboards organized
