What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Day Cleaner/ Building Inspector position at HIS Janitorial, L.L.C. d.b.a. Alliance Maintenance?
We are a janitorial company looking for an adaptable candidate with a great attitude to work full time day hours. The ideal candidate would live in the North OKC area and be willing to travel throughout the Oklahoma City metro area to various locations each day. Cleaning experience is preferred.
Job duties include:
- Perform Janitorial Building Inspections
- Clean Buildings on a Day-to-Day basis
- Cleaning Chemical & Supply Deliveries
- Identify and Solve Problems
Must have a clean criminal background check. No felony convictions.
