Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed to ensure efficient operation.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize production disruption.
- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate repairs with minimal impact on operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Participate in safety trainings and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and spare parts, placing orders as necessary.

Qualifications:
