Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor paint production equipment, including mixers, mills, filling machines, and packaging equipment.
- Follow established formulas and procedures to ensure consistent product quality and color accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, including viscosity, color, and gloss measurements.
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to specified formulas.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, raw material usage, and quality control results.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and report major issues to maintenance personnel.
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas to ensure sanitation and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management and raw material ordering as needed.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in paint production or a related field
- Experience with color matching and tinting
- Experience operating paint production equipment, including mixers, mills, and filling machines
- Experience with quality control procedures and testing
- Experience following safety regulations and procedures
