We are looking for a Customer Service and Success Advisor!
His Security & Technology is an established, independent, locally-owned security/technology company. We specialize in all forms of modern high-end residential, commercial and industrial electronic technologies and integration, including: Security, Access Systems, Network Video Surveillance, Low Voltage Wiring and Cabling, Audio & Video, as well as Smart Home Technology.
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer Inbound Calls
- Advise Customers on Clearing Troubles with their Systems
- Advise Customers on Basic Operations of their Systems
- Utilize Tools to Identify and Resolve Issues
- Help Create Support Documentation to Advise Clients
- Ability to Work in Multiple Software Systems
- Schedule Technician Jobs/Service Calls
- Review Plans/Blueprints
- Manage Supplies
- Miscellaneous Office Duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Computer skills
- Basic Comprehension Skills
- Technical Aptitude
- Clear Communication
- Ability to think Analytically
