What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer for Construction Work position at Hiscock Construction?
Siding, roofing, deck construction, painting (indoor and outdoor), sheet rocking, framing, and a number of other tasks associated with construction work. Must have some construction skills and/or skilled construction laborer experience. Also, must have driver's license and own transportation to and from work. Applicants must not have any substance abuse issues, be able to follow directions, have an interest in construction work, and a willingness to learn.
Summary
As a Skilled Laborer for Construction Work, you will be integral to our construction projects, reporting directly to the site supervisor. Your core skills in hand tools, construction, and power tools will be essential in executing various tasks on-site. You will also leverage your relevant skills such as carpentry and painting, to ensure high-quality workmanship. A valid driver's license is required to facilitate travel between job sites. - Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete construction tasks.
- Assist in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.

- Perform concrete forming, drywall installation, and other skilled labor tasks as required.
