We are on a journey to optimize our digital platforms while transitioning to an agile, value-stream based delivery model.About You : You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who is business savvy and collaborative, someone who enjoys working with Business Sponsors, Product Owners, Architects, Technical BA & Engineers and other stakeholders to plan and execute analysis activities to deliver valuable outcomes for the business. You will have 5-8 years' experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. This role will be critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with a focus on building configurable applications and managing business rules to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.You will have the opportunity to work on a range of project and value stream outcomes in our Digital Operations and Business Transformation portfolio, giving you broad exposure to how the US business operates, from the front line through to the back-office functions and the technology that supports our ability to deliver superb service to our customers. Our projects can be driven by process improvement, integration of new ventures and delivery of regulatory requirements.
