Key Responsibilities
- Local property management:
- Inventory management (office supplies, coffee, etc.)
- Granting visitors and new joiners temporary & permanent building access
- Light tidying and office organization
- Readying the office/IT systems for key presentations/stakeholders
- Receiving and allocating physical mail
- On call with building
- Manage GATES process for location (assist property team with health & safety & labor compliance requirements)
- Travel management - both domestic and international and including negotiating and managing corporate rates with local hotels for local management team
- Expense management for local management team
- Manage broker gifts, internal contests and marketing materials - negotiating best pricing and ordering
- Manage contacts - scrubbing out stale contacts and adding new contacts
- Spearhead all events which include gathering multiple options, booking, vendor set up, payment handling, and at times running point on site (e.g. broker appreciation events, holiday parties and internal presentations)
- Processing new joiner/leaver requests
- Participate in the training of new admins
- Ad hoc regional projects
- Facilitate our office with our Hiscox colleagues from various locations and aid with their required business needs during their visit
- Update and manage the BCP emergency contact information & evacuation plan
- Update and maintain org chart
- Manage fire and first aid Marshall requirements

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
