What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Manager (Kitchen appliances & Air Conditioning) position at Hisense USA?
Location: Onsite - Suwanee, GA
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build a field service network for kitchen appliances and air conditioning products.
- Establish dispatch processes for in-home service.
- Effectively manage service providers to ensure quick completion of on-site repairs.
- Assist trainers in organizing service provider training to improve repair skills.
- Continuously improve the on-site service processes and repair capabilities to ensure network coverage, repair speed, and reasonable repair costs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Have more than three years of experience in the home appliance industry.
- Have more than three years of experience in managing service providers.
- Must be able to travel once or twice a month (nationally), once every other year (internationally).
- Bilingual in English & Chinese (Mandarin) a plus.
- Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
