We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a medical office setting.
Duties
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Assist customers in a bilingual capacity, particularly in Spanish if possible
- Utilize medical terminology appropriately
- Navigate computerized systems to access and input information
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service experience
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office operations is a plus
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
