As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in program management and administrative tasks to support individuals with developmental disabilities, Seniors and Children with special needs. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate services for individuals
- Develop and implement programs to meet the needs of clients
- Supervise and support staff members in delivering quality services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure client goals are met
- Collaborate with behavioral health professionals and social workers to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation standards
Skills:
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping, data analysis, and report writing
- Experience helpful
- Strong supervisory skills to provide guidance and support to staff members

Duties:
