About the Role:
The Youth Development Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of young individuals within the community. This position focuses on creating and implementing programs that promote social, emotional, and educational development for youth. The specialist will work closely with families, schools, and community organizations to identify the needs of young people and develop tailored interventions. Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities:
- Implement youth development programs that address the specific needs of the community.
