Were seeking a future team member for the role of Data Management Analyst team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL HYBRID.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop and maintain data management systems, databases and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and provide insights for decision-making and ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
- Collect, process and analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability.
- Experience with SQL, Python and other data tools to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Data modelling, administration, and visualization.
- Assist in data migration, integration and transformation projects.
- Maintain documentation for data processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Support data governance initiatives by enforcing policies security and compliance measures.
- Assist in process automation and optimization for improved data delivery efficiency.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of degree is preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and data warehousing.
- Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document the requirements.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, security and compliance best practices.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance
