As a Data Policy & Standards Senior Manager , you will establish, maintain, and continuously refine the data policy framework to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements. You will collaborate closely with legal, compliance, security, and operational teams to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of data policies. Through comprehensive training materials and change management initiatives, you will drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring organization-wide adherence to robust data governance standards. The Data Policy & Standards Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring Accentures data assets remain compliant, secure, and aligned with the companys strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Policy Framework Development & Maintenance
- Design, implement, and update enterprise-wide data policies, standards, and guidelines in line with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency across Accentures Data Governance organization by aligning all policy-related initiatives with organizational objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Risk Assessment & Mitigation
Training & Communication
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Alignment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
