The Role
At Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of shaping our global brand strategy. As the Global Brand Strategy and Messaging Director, you will lead a dynamic team within the Brand & Activation group, driving a unified brand strategy that resonates across the globe. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our brand messaging and positioning are consistent and adaptable, collaborating with regional teams to fuel global brand growth and evolution. You will be instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives through innovative marketing campaigns, solution development, and comprehensive brand research and measurement.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to :
Strategic Brand Planning :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy aligned with company goals, considering market trends and customer insights across different regions.
- Define brand positioning, key messaging, and brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all markets. This Includes the Kyndryl Employer brand and related efforts. Oversee the annual brand planning process, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget allocations.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $167,760 to $318,840 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations :
California : $184,560 to $382,680
Colorado : $167,760 to $318,840
New York City : $201,360 to $382,680
Washington : $184,560 to $350,760
Washington DC : $184,560 to $350,760
This position will be eligible for Kyndryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note : If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
