IT Program Manager will lead Project Management for multiple projects involving cross-functional teams partnering with Engineering Leadership, Business Stakeholders and Clients to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to external and internal clients.

IT Program & Project Management applies Information Technology knowledge and experience to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for complex projects within the Information Technology function. This family organizes project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determines resource requirements. This job family manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing. IT Program & Project Management also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the program roadmap, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage interdependencies and prioritize tasks across projects within the program.
- Monitor program progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure program objectives are achieved.
- Oversee the lifecycle of individual projects, ensuring alignment with the overall program strategy.
- Provide guidance to project managers and teams.
- Approve project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively and team capacity is optimized.
- Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Track financial performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Establish and maintain program documentation, including risk logs and progress reports.
