Program, Project & Service Management Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program, Project & Service Management Associate Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

• Develop project plans and estimates for end-to-end project delivery while managing overall schedules, timelines, risks, and improvements.
• Ensure proper and regular communications across all functional team members for a study project while monitoring and managing execution of deliverables.
• Ensure that project team complies with internal processes, quality reviews, SLAs, metrics, and timelines in a proactive manner.
• Identify process issues and develop proposals to address improvement opportunities with client and other functional area stakeholders.
• Act as internal advisor to peers and Managers related to performance, best practices, and overall service delivery on assigned projects.
• Manage effective internal/external client relationships within own area of responsibility and build client relationships in the wider group or unit.
• Lead and/or serve on teams to optimize processes and use of data management related technology to build a more efficient organization, and additionally encourage practical applications of these new ideas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelors degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Managing projects in a Clinical Data Management field;
• Performing hands on tasks or providing oversight for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) development activities; and
• Managing client relationships in a drug development process, including negotiating and adhering to Good Clinical Practices (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH), or other regulatory guidance as appropriate.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Oracle Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platforms;
• Working with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC); and
• Utilizing Research and Development (R&D) in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Working with Microsoft Project; and
• Utilizing Appian software platforms.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
