What will you be doing?
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholderssuch as executive leadership, client partners, and vendorsto ensure effective program execution at every phase.
- Exercise managerial authority over project teams, including hiring decisions, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and career progression to maintain a strong pipeline of talent, ensuring teams are adequately resourced and aligned with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and ongoing business alignment.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments that align with our strategic objectives, collaborating with
- Propose and oversee revenue-generating initiatives, maintaining accountability for achieving profit and growth targets tied to program deliverables.
- Ensure project-level governance is aligned with organizational policies, compliance standards, and IT PMO guidelines.
- Proactively identify program risks, offering creative resolutions and mitigating potential issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Work closely with Compliance, IT PMO, Finance, and other business units to integrate program activities, coordinate budgets, and optimize resource planning for all IT teams.
- Promote shared applications and common business efficiencies across various lines of business by leading inter-departmental initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction for application development requirements, focusing on business efficiency and innovation.
- Guide teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that support corporate objectives.
- Support the companys strategic, tactical, and maintenance activities by aligning technology goals with overall business strategy.
- Participate in long-term planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure program success and sustainability.
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, aligning results with revenue and business development goals.
- Assist in the development and oversight of program performance metrics, ensuring adherence to governance protocols.
- Implement processes that uphold regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintaining a robust control environment.
