Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for

• Managing large and mid-sized Agile teams to support technology related projects, products, managed services in cross functional environments using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid (Scrum-Waterfall) delivery models.
• Deliver complex programs meeting goals and objectives by tracking various metrics like costs, schedule, quality & SLAs
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and various cross functional IT, Business and Vendor team

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years experience as a ScrumMaster
• Minimum 7 years experience in Program Project Management
• Minimum 5 years experience with Jira, Confluence
• Minimum of an Associates degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
