Were seeking a future team member for the role of Indexing Portfolio Manager to join our Equity Index Portfolio Management team. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA and this is a hybrid working position.
In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways :
- Managing assets independently within investment policy guidelines to achieve investment objectives.
- Implementing investment strategies consistent with client financial goals and risk tolerance and in accordance with the investment policies / philosophies and procedures and applicable regulations.
- Working with research, strategy team members and other members of the portfolio teams.
- Meeting with clients and new business prospects to communicate investment strategy, discuss market performance and current market conditions.
- Independently implementing investment strategies for more complex funds / strategies consistent with client financial goals and risk tolerance and in accordance with the investment policies / philosophies and procedures and applicable regulations.
- Evaluating the performance of investments and make timely changes to a portfolio to meet investment objectives or allocation guidelines.
- Analyzing and determine client's appropriate level of risk based on time, preferences, expectations, and market conditions.
- Contributing to the team / firm profitability by assuring retention and expansion of existing client relationships by contributing to superior investment performance and client services.
