Processes and generates financial data for all dealership departments. Prepares bi-weekly payroll and provides accurate reporting to the dealer/general manager and will assist accounting office with administrative functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists and organizes all branch accounting, administrative, and HR operations.
- Records Hourly & Salary Earnings and ensures the correct and prompt distribution of payrolls.
- Maintains employee history of paid holidays and paid & unpaid vacations.
- Maintains confidential employment files (personnel files).
- Processes paperwork for new employees and terminations.
- Maintains all personnel records of employees.
- Assists customers with invoice copies and statement questions.
- Receive payments on cash sales transactions for parts and service.
