We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role combines administrative support, marketing coordination, and e-commerce management to ensure smooth operations and enhance our business strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

- 2 years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
- High school diploma required
Responsibilities
- Work with an executive to prepare for meetings
- Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive
- Handle e-commerce operations, including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of e-commerce transactions and inventory.
- Monitor e-commerce platform performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Create customer invoices and record customer deposits
- Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
- Maintain multiple Excel files used for business tracking
- Oversee daily office operations and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate and organize events and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
