Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate POS systems accurately, processing reservations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and breakfast room.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse guests is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
