Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and resetting tables for new guests.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
- Support food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
