Historic Hudson Valley (www.hudsonvalley.org) educates and entertains more than 300,000 visitors a year through our school programs, historic house tours, and large-scale special events like the Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze.
We are looking for summer groundskeepers with a desire to work on a team that strives for excellence. You will perform a variety of landscaping and gardening duties including mowing, mulching, and management of grass trimmings, leaves and other debris. This position is part-time, up to seven (7) hours per day, for the summer (May 1st – August 31) only.
To be considered you must be 18 years of age, in good physical condition, able to lift 50-pounds and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license, basic computer proficiency (e.g. e-mail and the internet) and a high school diploma or GED are required. $21.00 per hour.
