Have fun managing vendor sales of Historic Tours of America’s ® tours and attractions for our guests to learn about our historical city!
Job Summary
Our ideal Vendor Sales Representatives have a passion for helping people and making their vacation experience a memorable one. A sincere love of history and the culture of our city is required. Effectively maintain Old Town Trolley ticket outlets and vendor relationships by providing current information about our tours and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to travel by car around town and on-your-feet routine physical activity
- Knowledge of office equipment, practices and systems with basic computer skills
- Ability to solicit new business through cold calls while maintaining current client list
- Ability to prepare, organize and maintain accurate files, contracts, periodic sales reports
- Ability to work with money, credit cards and cash receipts
- Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult people while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public
- Ability to be available during evenings, non-working hours, weekends and holidays when necessary
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Two(2) years of college desirable, college degree preferable
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years
Successful candidate must pass a background search
