As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing digital customer acquisition efforts. - Create, manage, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns through paid media channels, primarily search, display, social, and third-party listing sites.
- Coordinate planning and allocation of budgets across all digital channels to maximize return on investment.
- Responsible for hands-on optimization of all campaigns through creative, targeting, and/or bid adjustments to increase performance and efficiency. Conduct A/B testing and iterate for success.
- Manage local SEO through Google My Business, Apple Maps.
- Audit company websites for accuracy of content, performance, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and analyze reporting to track KPIs and other data-driven insights that lead to measurable improvements. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
- Work with tools such as Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Partner with vendors for services like programmatic display and other digital partners to manage creation, optimization and testing of display and online video campaigns.
- Keep informed and report on digital technology developments, industry news, and marketing platform policy changes.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in Google Analytics/GA4, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Apple Maps (preference given for associated certifications)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SEO copywriting
- High attention to detail and accountability for work produced
- Excellent time management skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Salesforce Datorama, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus
- Experience in the homebuilding industry is a plus
- Fresh restaurant recommendations when the team can’t decide what to get for lunch
