Position Summary:
The Clinical Education Manager (CEM) provides leadership for the Southeast Clinical Education Specialist (CES) team, ensuring clinical and technical excellence in the implementation and adoption of HistoSonics procedures. This role requires a player-coach leadership style, actively engaging in both strategic oversight and hands-on education delivery and case coverage. The CEM collaborates cross-functionally to drive customer success while supporting the development of the CES team.
Location: Remote from Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Alabama
Travel: Approximately 75%, 3 days a week in the Southeast US geographic area, mostly flying, some driving, some overnights.
Position Expectations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Southeast CES team, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and promote best practices for clinical education and procedural training to enhance standardization and effectiveness across the team.
- Provide leadership and support for case coverage, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Execute customer education programs at the direction of education leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Actively participate in the delivery of HistoSonics team training programs, addressing the needs of new hires and ongoing professional development of incumbent staff.
- Design and lead implementation strategies to overcome barriers to procedure adoption, ensuring seamless clinical and technical execution.
- Partners with cross functional leaders to develop stretch goals and objectives that support the education needs of our commercial customers.

Qualifications:
- BA or BS required, advanced degree preferred
- 5 Years of experience in the health care/medical industry
- 5 Years of experience executing customer education & implementation strategies and programs that have delivered proven results
- Preferred clinical and education experience with ultrasound and/or advanced imaging technologies
- Prior experience with direct reports preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel (by automobile or air, day trips and overnight stays) up to 70% of the time.
Salary Range: $145,000-$175,000 plus bonus.
