Compensation :

87,500 - $168,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

Develop leads for potential clients in the Murrieta, CA area to launch your real estate career successfully.

Engage in training sessions dedicated to enhancing real estate expertise and skills tailored to the luxury market.

Persistently pursue leads until appointments are set up with a listing or buyer's agent in the region.

Regularly connect with homebuyers in Murrieta through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and establish brand recognition.

Compile and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives in the Murrieta market.

Handle and convert sales inquiries from qualified leads into new clients in Murrieta, CA.

Utilize a CRM system to uphold accurate customer information for agents operating in the Murrieta area.

Efficiently arrange and conduct appointments with potential clients in Murrieta.

Qualifications :
