HIT is looking for a Behavior Analyst to join their team of dedicated personnel. The Behavior Analyst will Consult with the persons team in the development of positive behavior support plans and assist with program implementation by providing specialized behavior assessment, planning, intervention, and training. Provide applied behavior analysis services, which may include, but not limited to: Assessments, Treatment Plans, Positive Behavior Support Plans, and Learning Objectives. Implement, maintain and monitor data to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy on an ongoing basis to support programming. Provide training, guidance and direction to the team members and staff. Effectively utilize critical thinking skills in the development and implementation of the Positive Behavior Support Plan.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Masters Degree in human service field
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must possess a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst designation through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensed in the state of ND required.
- DD certification within 12 months of employment
