Description
Dakota Alpha, a 20-bed skilled nursing facility located in Mandan that specializes and serves individuals with a traumatic brain injury, resulting in both physical and cognitive disabilities. Dakota Alpha is the only skilled nursing facility in North Dakota specializing in providing rehabilitation services for individuals with a brain injury.

Dakota Alpha is seeking a dependable, dedicated, passionate CNA to help our residents reach independence through providing dignity and respect.
Qualifications
CNA responsibilities:
The CNA is responsible for ensuring quality resident care and for following each resident's care plan.
Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transferring, ambulation, eating in accordance with the resident’s individual care plan.
The CNA reports problems, concerns, and information regarding resident care to the nurse on duty, the ADON, or the DON in an appropriate and timely manner.
CNA requirements:
Current North Dakota Certified Nurse Assistant Certification
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Desire to collaborate and work as an active and positive team member.
CNA Shifts Hours:
Part Time status
Night shift (10:00pm-6:30am)
Salary : $23 - $27
