Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the product selection process.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of products while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system.
- Stock shelves with new inventory and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and clarity.
- Ensure all sales are conducted in accordance with state laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
