Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for all activities within the MRO Storeroom. They will lead the team in all the functions listed below and support team members when needed. They will ensure that processes and procedures are followed. They will be responsible for inventory management and accuracy and for training new associates in job functions and ensure training records are maintained.
Customer service – assisting customers in searching for parts, materials, and deliveries,
quick response to line down issues and support other Astemo facilities when needed.
Physical receiving and put-away/delivery of storeroom inventory/non-inventory items in designated locations.
Unload trucks and break down deliveries and prepare orders for end users.
Perform daily audits on items received and issued.
Perform daily cycle counts
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Daily COP activities
Will follow FIFO when doing put away and goods issue
Prepare and process outbound shipments
Essential to Job Functions – Physical and/or Mental Restrictions:
- Ability to work for long periods of time while sitting
- Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the workday
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP is helpful.
- Inventory control knowledge is preferred
- Leadership experience is preferred

- Will supervise associates

Work Environment
- Will help set up MRO Storerooms at both the Tallapoosa and Villa Rica locations
- Main job site will be Villa Rica warehouse once established
- Some travel between locations may be required
- Work hours will be 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm
- Additional overtime may be required
