Service Parts Associate FL

Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is fulfilling the service line with product; using fork truck to put receiving goods away from receiving area; pull parts down for service line. Candidate will load and unload customer orders and is expected to support shipping/receiving areas as needed. This role will fill in on service line when high attendance occurs and support fork truck activities for aftermarket.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and GED
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties
• Knowledge of HVAC, Keihin systems and assembly operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5P Training

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of accuracy
• Maintains clean and orderly work environment
• Interacts with various levels of associates
• Maintains knowledge of all processes, procedures, and equipment within service, aftermarket areas.
• Ability to run majority of material handler positions as needed
• Improves service line proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives by pre pulling and staging components ahead of schedule to avoid any downtime.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels activity in service/aftermarket area
