The role
As a Generative AI Developer and Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to design and implement state-of-the-art AI models and systems. Your primary focus will be on creating generative AI solutions that drive innovation and unlock new possibilities across various applications. This role requires expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, as well as a passion for working on groundbreaking projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, from prototype to production.
This is NOT a remote role. In office 3 days a week.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in machine learning and deep learning libraries.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Familiarity with transformer architectures such as GPT, BERT, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices for scalable and reliable AI system development.
- Ability to design and optimize neural network architectures for efficiency and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI.
- A degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
