Align and coordinate with R&D new product development. Ensure and maintain process, test and production capability in terms of quality, availability, reliability and capacity by regular and/or preventive process maintenance (including stand by availability). Coordinate technical availability and measures with Department Technics BiMOS Backend. Ensure production data collection (traceability, yield, statistics), analysis data and initiate appropriate rationalization measures and implementation of those according to automotive requirements. Ensure the development of a respective data management environment. Ensure, maintain and improve environment and capability for thorough documentation and traceability of all product, process and/or equipment specific changes and improvements within production according to IATF 16949 Drive process development and process integration of new technologies and products and maintain the availability of the prototyping capabilities in house by constant development of new production technologies. Ensure and develop industrialization of the eMobility product portfolio by design and development of new production facilities, planning for capabilities and capacities and respective automation Ensure compliance to Code of Conduct, business processes, safety and environmental protection according to internal regulations and general law Secure training and competencies in general and specific process, tool or equipment aspects and HSE Requirements Master’s degree / diploma in materials sciences, physics, chemistry, engineering or other relevant topics, a PhD is a plus. Readiness and capability to take over a team leader position among experienced and highly competent engineers Experience and exposure as support of a production line Innovation- and quality-minded, target-oriented team player with willingness to learn Interest in working at interfaces to sales, PM, logistics, planning, supply chain management, R&D, quality, internal and external suppliers and customers SixSigma GreenBelt Knowledge of relevant Norms (e.g. IATF 16949) English and German at Level B2/C1 The position is open for applicants with and without management experience.
