How You’ll Make an Impact
Establish baseline criteria for planning and scheduling workloads.
Prepare project planning and scheduling status reports.
Recommend remedial actions to keep projects on track.
Conduct preplanning to examine scope, work breakdown structure, and quality.
Analyze third-party contractor progress information.
Prepare schedules for commissioning and start-up.
Assist the project control team in establishing a project performance index.
Collaborate with third parties to ensure realistic and achievable plans.
Your Background
Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and control.
Minimum years in a similar managerial role.
Experience working as a Project Planner in an EPC company or similar.
Thorough understanding of logical sequencing and interfacing of project execution activities in EPC energy projects.
Knowledge of planning and cost control on lump sum projects or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and ability to highlight key issues to management and stakeholders.
Team player with team management and leadership skills.
