Join Hitachi Energy as a Service Sales Leader in our North America Grid Integration team! This is your chance to lead a dynamic sales team and drive the growth of our comprehensive service offerings. Our portfolio includes Extended Warranty, Service Contracts, Break Fix Repair, Upgrades, Spare Parts, 24/7 Phone Support, and Cyber Security for our installed base of SVCs, STATCOMs, SeriesCaps, and HVDC Systems. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking organization that serves utility, industrial, renewable energy, and other customers, helping to transport electricity efficiently and reliably while maintaining power quality and control. How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead and inspire the Service Sales Team to achieve targets.
Identify and capture market opportunities.
Proactively target customers with tailored service offers.
Plan and execute sales activities to meet quarterly goals.
Manage and report on the sales pipeline and opportunity status.
Oversee installed base data and address customer challenges.
Ensure high-quality, comprehensive, and timely proposals.
Align contract terms with service guidelines and ensure smooth order handoff.
Your Background:
Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
Proven experience leading a sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, sales, and/or project management.
Familiarity with maintenance procedures and HVDC/FACTS systems.
Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and conditions.
Proficiency with tools like SalesForce.com, PowerBI, and SAP.
