How You'll Make an Impact
- Select and maintain vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Decide on vehicle acquisitions and financing methods.
- Responsible for lease and contract negotiations.
- Drive implementation of associated branding activities and compliance with internal sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure governance and timely processing of associated benefit and reimbursement programs.
- Set up scheduling programs for vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize fleet management software for data collection and monitoring.
- Implement telematic and GPS devices for driver and asset control.
- Create and manage fleet policies and procedures.
- Monitor fuel purchases and regulate costs.
- Lead service delivery to achieve productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure compliance with government transportation regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Finance, or Business.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of driving experience in a delivery role.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Extensive experience managing global teams.
- Proven leadership and business acumen.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
- L6S experience | SAP | ARIBA | Process improvement.
- Proficiency in Spanish Language.
