How You'll Make An Impact
- Prepare technical deliverables and schedules.
- Develop control and protection (C&P) software applications for HVDC.
- Participate in progress review meetings.
- Collaborate with team members across various fields.
- Produce wiring and connection diagrams.
- Prepare instructions for test records (ITRs).
- Support laboratory testing and factory system testing (FST).
- Engage in all commissioning and service activities.
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, or network engineering (preferably with a power system concentration).
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Good knowledge of related products and electrical standards (ANSI, CSA, CEI, etc.).
- Strong communication, leadership, and initiative skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools required for engineering tasks.
- Availability to travel within the US and abroad.
