How You'll Make An Impact
- Guide and mentor your design team towards project deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to design principles, guidelines, and standards.
- Perform station layout design and detail design of steel support, connectors, and insulators.
- Provide technical support for installation and commissioning activities.
- Prepare purchase documents and evaluate suppliers for switchyard material.
- Prepare project documentation and interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in NX for CAD activities, 3D modeling, and 2D drafting.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- 8 years of experience in mechanical plant design for HVDC stations.
- Experience leading mechanical plant design for at least 2 HVDC stations.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
- Advanced experience in 3D modeling and 2D drawings/layouts in NX/TC.
- Experience in mentoring engineers and supporting internal processes.
